MATTHEW 25 HANDBELL CHOIR & LITURGICAL HANDBELL CHOIR
Did you ever want to play a musical instrument but never had the opportunity? We need people who are willing to ring bells for the new Handbell Choirs at SMM. Inorder to join, you do not need to be able to read music. We rehearse in the church on Thursday evenings from 5:30 -6:45 p.m. This group, called the Matthew 25 Handbell Choir, will go at a relaxed pace and is an opportunity to serve others while making music. SMM also has a Liturgical Handbell Choir which rehearses on Thursday evenings from 6:45 - 8:15p.m. This choir goes at a faster pace and requires music reading. Both choirs are open to new members. To join, please contact Mary Murphy at the parish office or firstname.lastname@example.org. We look forward to welcoming new members.

Junior Youth Choir
Junior Youth Choir leads the singing as we teach music to our 2nd graders who are preparing for First Holy Communion. In addition to singing for First Holy Communion Masses, the Junior Youth Choir sings for Christmas Eve, Easter, Mother’s Day, Pentecost, and a few other times during the year as specified below. We rehearse September through Pentecost. Invite a friend! Rehearsals are on Sunday mornings at 9:45am – 10:30 am in room B3 of the SMM center, unless otherwise noted.
