Rebuilding a House for the Church
Heavenly Father,
we thank you for the gift of eternal life won for us
in the death and resurrection of your Son, Jesus Christ.
In 17th century France
you revealed the love of your Sacred Heart
for the whole human family
through the apparitions granted to Saint Margaret Mary.
You commissioned her to be an apostle of your love
to all who are overwhelmed
by spiritual apathy, confusion and indifference
in every age, including our own.
We ask you, Lord, to send your Holy Spirit
to us, the members of Saint Margaret Mary Parish.
Be with us and guide us as we come together
to rebuild a House for your Church in this community
so that we and those who come after us
may experience and celebrate the love of Christ.
Bless us with vision, dedication and generosity in this campaign.
Grant us a deeper understanding of the mission we share
and bless us with grace and generosity to offer our gifts
for your greater glory and for the good of your Church.
We ask this through Christ our Lord.
