The Council of Ministries
Mission
The mission of the Council of Ministries is to assist in the coordination of all parish ministries in line with the stated parish mission of St. Margaret Mary Church. The Council of Ministries is accountable to the Pastor through the Coordinator of Ministry.
Responsibilities
- Each ministry representative will address the strengths, weaknesses, issues and concerns of his/her particular area of ministry.
- The Council of Ministries will monitor the functioning and integration of all parish ministries in relation to the overall mission and direction of St. Margaret Mary Church.
- The Council of Ministries will give counsel on the daily life concerns of the people of St. Margaret Mary Church and offer recommendations on the introduction, elimination, or reorganization of ministries in response to those concerns.
- The Council of Ministries will meet four times a year.
