The festival of friendship is a long-standing tradition in our parish.  Usually held the last weekend in June, the festival brings the entire community together for two days of summer enjoyment with plenty of food, games, and children’s rides.

The festival also serves as a fund raising opportunity to help the parish fulfill its mission

Baking nut rolls for sale at Easter and Christmas has becom a tradition at St. Margaret Mary Church.  More than 100 parishioners come together for a week prior to these holidays to bake nut rolls as a fund raising effort for the parish.

In addition to the opportunity to raise funds, the week of baking has become a time for parishioners to socialize, meet parishioners they didn’t know before and form new friendships to build our faith community.

Flea Market

The Flea Market takes place the last week in September.  Volunteers are needed each year for the success of this project.   Many “treasures” are donated for the sale and delicious food is available as well.  It is a wonderful opportunity to spend time together renewing and making new friendships.
